5. 货物、资料与合规责任
您应确保向我们提供的信息真实、准确、完整并及时更新,包括产品名称、数量、价值、尺寸、重量、包装、危险属性、监管分类、目的地和操作要求。
危险品、锂电池、受监管物品、易腐品、高价值品、仿牌或知识产权敏感商品以及其他特殊货物,必须在入仓或操作前书面披露,并取得 BXwell 明确书面批准。您负责提供所需标签、测试报告、安全数据表、许可证、海关文件及其他合规材料。
禁止利用 BXwell 服务处理违法、被盗、假冒、侵权、欺诈、制裁或法律禁止的货物和交易。
6. 价格、税费与第三方费用
网站不公开固定价格。所有价格均根据货物、订单量、操作复杂度、仓储期限、材料、承运商、目的地和其他实际条件单独确认。除书面文件另有说明外,报价可能不包含适用税款、关税、运输费、偏远费、改址费、退件费、超尺寸费、危险品费、查验费、第三方收费或异常操作成本。
7. 用户提交与账户安全

4. Services and Availability
Services may include warehousing, pick and pack, returns, labeling and relabeling, transloading, B2B outbound, assembly, repair, or custom projects. Actual availability depends on the goods, facility capability, law, carrier rules, approved operating procedures, and resources.
Before a quote or contract is accepted, we may decline business that does not satisfy safety, compliance, capacity, credit, or operational requirements.
5. Goods, Information, and Compliance
You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information, including product description, quantity, value, dimensions, weight, packaging, dangerous characteristics, regulatory classification, destination, and handling requirements.
Dangerous goods, lithium batteries, regulated products, perishables, high-value products, counterfeit-risk or intellectual-property-sensitive goods, and other special products must be disclosed before receiving or handling and require BXwell’s express written approval. You are responsible for required labels, test reports, safety data sheets, permits, customs documents, and other compliance materials.
You may not use BXwell for unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, infringing, fraudulent, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited goods or transactions.
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Third-Party Charges
The website does not publish fixed pricing. Pricing is confirmed based on goods, volume, complexity, storage duration, materials, carrier, destination, and actual operating conditions. Unless expressly included in writing, quotes may exclude taxes, duties, transportation, remote-area fees, address corrections, returns, oversized charges, dangerous-goods fees, inspections, third-party charges, and exception-handling costs.

You must not submit malicious code, automated attacks, misleading information, or sensitive information unnecessary for a quote. If customer-account or system access is offered in the future, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized use.

For claims arising solely from website use and not governed by a specific written service agreement, BXwell’s aggregate liability will not exceed CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
